It hasn’t been easy for the Glee cast to recover from Cory Monteith‘s sudden death as they gear up for another season.
But the hardest moment was clearly when they all found out about the late actor’s passing.
In fact, that moment was so difficult that many of them, including Matthew Morrison, ended up staying up all night that day seeking comfort with each other.
While speaking with Live! With Kelly & Michael, Matthew revealed what went down that tragic night:
“I guess the good thing about when something like this happens is you know, we are such a family we really came together. I remember when it happened I was up ’til 5am talking to every single cast member. We all just reached out to each other, it was a bonding time, but it was incredibly hard.”
We can’t even imagine what that night was like, but we’re so happy all the Glee stars have each other to lean on.
And we’re so happy they’ve all been so strong for Lea Michele as she moves forward and back to work on the show.
